Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the platform, website, software, customer portal, billing tools, messaging tools, file storage features, reports, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all content, files, customer data, billing activity, communications, and actions taken under your account or workspace.
2. No Professional Advice
The Service is a workflow and business operations tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance, cybersecurity, or professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals where needed.
3. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its owners, operators, developers, employees, contractors, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its owners, operators, developers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, server providers, payment providers, email providers, and related service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or business damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, data loss, corruption, service interruption, billing disputes, customer disputes, reputational harm, or lost business opportunities arising out of or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Service and all protected parties for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service for the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party platforms and providers including, but not limited to, hosting companies, server providers, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, domain providers, file storage providers, analytics providers, and CDN or firewall vendors. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, delays, fees, decisions, or failures of any third-party service.
6. Data and File Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all data, files, uploads, customer records, invoices, payment information references, messages, artwork, and documents entered into or stored in the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and use all content you provide.
7. Security and Backups
While reasonable administrative and technical safeguards may be used, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business data and for reviewing your own security, privacy, and compliance needs.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for non-payment, abuse, fraud, misuse, security concerns, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
We may update the Service, plans, limits, features, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction selected by the Service owner, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by law.
